Where do you travel to?

Anywhere, I don't charge for petrol within a 10 mile radius of Norwich city centre, if further then a small fee for petrol.

Do you come to my home on the day?

Yes I come to your home or hotel where you are staying.

Why do I need a trial run?

We have to have a trial run, firstly to get your hair styled and for you to feel comfortable, and secondly to time how long it takes.

How soon before the wedding should I book a trial run?

I usually do a trial run about 8 weeks before the wedding.

Should my make-up be done after my hair is styled?

I like to "prep" (curl or set) the hair first then the makeup can be done, if a beautician is being used then I shall co-ordinate with her.

How can I secure my wedding date in your diary?

A deposit of £20 is asked to secure the day.

Can you help? I have a very short notice wedding.

If I can I will.

When should I pay the final balance?

If paying by cheque 2 weeks before. If on the day then cash please.

What if I decide to cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking you will lose your £20.00 booking fee. If I am able to rebook that date I will return your booking fee to you.

How long does it take to do my hair on the day?

We will know that from the trial.

Can you style my bridesmaids and mother of the bride also?

Yes of course as long as I have notice to allow enough time.
