Can you come to my home or venue on the wedding day?Of course! I provide mobile bridal hair services and I'm happy to come to your home, venue, accomodation on the wedding day. Can I book a trial without committing to you?Yes, of course. I want you to be comfortable and happy with your choice. This is a really important day for you and I want your hair to be a special part of that. If you'd like a trial before committing to working with me, I'm happy to do so. Prior to the trial, I will make sure that I'm free for your wedding date and I will hold that date for you for three working days after the trial so you have time to make your decision. What happens during the trial?I understand that it's important for you to feel comfortable and confident with your hair for your special day. During our trial, we'll discuss your desired look and go through a few different options. We'll then work together to create the perfect look that you'll feel amazing in on your big day. I can show you examples of hairstyles to give you some ideas or you are welcome to bring some ideas along to the trial. Pinterest, Instagram or wedding magazines are good places to look. Do you charge for the trial?Yes, there will be a charge for the trial. During the trial, we can try out a couple of styles to see what suits you and what you're happy with. I'll spend the time getting it right for you. I recommend we do this 2-3 months prior to your wedding day. How should I prep my hair for the day?This is something we can talk about at your trial as it will depend on the type of hair that you have. Typically, I would suggest that you wash your hair the morning of the wedding and avoid using any styling products or heat appliances. I prefer to work with freshly washed hair. If you're having a blow dry, on the day, I will wet your hair first. Please wear a robe/dressing gown or something that can be easily taken off so that your hair isn't messed up! How can I secure my wedding date in your diary?To secure your wedding date in my diary, I will need a deposit of £50 to be made for the bridal hair and a £25 deposit for any other person. Where do you travel to for wedding hair?I'm based in Norwich, UK, but I'm willing to travel for wedding hair services. I'm happy to travel throughout the UK to provide you with the perfect bridal hair. Anything outside 10 miles of Norwich City Centre may incur additional costs as I'll need to take into account travel, start times, accomodation etc. Please get in touch so that we can chat about your needs and I'll be happy to give you a quote for your big day. Should my make-up be done after my hair is styled?I will prep (curl and clip) your hair if needed before your make up then style just before you put your dress on. If you're using someone to do your make-up on the date, I can coordinate with them to decide what would be best based on the make-up and hair style that you will be having done. How much notice do you need for a wedding date?This will depend on my availability. So long as I am available and you can pay the deposit, I can take bookings at short notice. However, because brides want to make sure they get the stylist they want for the day, please be aware that bookings tend to be secured up to a year in advance. Click here to whats app me 💕

How long does it take to do my hair on the day?This does depend on the style that you've chosen - but typically I would expect to spend about an hour getting everything right for you. I would also allow an additional 30 minutes once you have your dress on to allow me to fix your veil or tidy anything up. If you have a trial, we will know exactly how long we will need. What if I decide to cancel my booking?If you cancel your booking you will lose your £50.00 deposit. If you want to change the date and I'm available, then I'm happy to transfer the date without charge. However, if I'm not available on your amended date, I won't be able to return the deposit. Do my bridesmaids need to have a trial?Yes, it is recommended that all bridesmaids have a trial prior to the wedding day. This will help ensure that everyone is happy with the look that has been chosen and that there are no surprises on the wedding day. We also suggest that each bridesmaid bring a picture of the look they are hoping to achieve. If you choose not to have a trial for the rest of your wedding party, I will arrange to have a call with you so that we can talk about what styles they would like, the type of hair they have etc. I would also like to see some pictures of what they like.
